Lemon Juice

Take some salt and add lemon juice in it to prepare a paste. Apply the paste over the teeth as it is used to remove the yellow tint of the teeth. Leave it for few minutes. If it applies regularly, the dull color of the teeth is eradicated as it is a wonderful home remedy for teeth whitening.

Walnuts

Take some walnuts and take out green peel of it. Rub the teeth with that peel. It is an effective home remedy for teeth whitening. Try not to touch it to lips as it can make them black and red.

One should avoid smoking as it can prove harmful for teeth. Extreme hot and very cold food items should be avoided. Avoid excess intake of coffee, tea and red wine.
