Banana

Banana is one of the most effective home remedy for the treatment for peptic ulcers. The fruit contains some unidentified compounds that neutralized the over acidity of gastric juices. It also reduces the irritation of ulcer by coating the lining of stomach. Patient who is on the last stage of the disease can eat 2 bananas with a glass of milk 3-4 times a day.

Goat’s Milk

Goat’s milk is an effective home remedy for peptic ulcers. It helps in healing peptic ulcers. To get better results, a glass of goat's milk should be taken in a raw state, three times daily.

Remedy for Peptic Ulcers

Indian Gooseberry (Amla)

Amla is a powerful remedy for treating peptic ulcers. Patient can take raw juice of amla or take the capsules or pills containing Indian gooseberry extract.

Cabbage

Cabbage is another useful remedy for peptic ulcer. Take 250ml of cabbage and boil it in 500ml of water till it is reduced to half; this water should be allowed to cool. Take this water two times a day. The juice extracted from raw cabbage is also a valuable medicine for a peptic ulcer. However, as this juice is very strong, it should be taken in combination with carrot juice, in quantities of 125 ml each.

Naturally Treat Peptic Ulcers with Almonds

Take some almonds and blenched them to get almond milk. It is a beneficial natural treatment as it supplies good quality protein and also binds the excess of acid in the stomach. Thus, treats peptic ulcers.

Lime is valuable natural treatment for peptic ulcers. It contains citric acid and some mineral, which are helpful in digestion.

Treat Peptic Ulcers with Fenugreek Seeds

Prepare a tea made from fenugreek seeds. Tea should be taken for few weeks. The tea is helpful in treating peptic ulcers as fenugreek coats up the lining of stomach and protects from secreting acids.

Wood apple is another effective treatment for disease. Take 15 g of wood apple leaves and soak it in 250 ml of water overnight. Next morning drink the water after straining. If the treatment is followed for few weeks, it shows wonderful results.

Milk is a best cure for peptic ulcers. Patient should drink 2-3 glasses of milk everyday. You can take warm milk added with few drops of castor oil in such condition.

Drumstick leaves are cure for peptic ulcer. You can take 15-20 leaves of drumsticks and prepare a paste with them. Take the paste with a fresh curd. You can take this 3-4 times a day to avoid ulcers.

The patient of peptic ulcers should eat the meals after small intervals. Small meals of food should also eat as they are easy to digest.

Avoidable Things

Alcohol intake and smoking give way to acidity and thus it should be avoided. Spicy and oily food should not be taken if you want to stay away from stomach ulcers.
