If you take a bath with oatmeal and water, then it will relieve from itching and irritation. To prepare water for bath, one should cook two cups of oatmeal in 2 liters of water for 20 minutes. Put the mixture in a cloth bag and tie a string tightly around the top. Now, put the bag in tub of warm water in a floating position. This natural treatment for chicken pox is an effective method.

Mix 2 tablespoons of marigold flowers with 1 tablespoon of witch hazel leaves and some water. Leave them overnight. Next day, apply this on the rashes with cotton; this natural treatment will help to relief itching of chicken pox.
